Ecological Restoration of San Vicente Creek in Silver City

A big cottonwood tree fell, blocked the creek and was starting a meander, which is ordinarily a good thing, except it was meandering towards a buried sewer line! This project has an integrated design that protects the sewer from the creek, while optimizing the health of the creek. It also provides for an all weather access route for the city to maintain its infrastructure.
